Practice Information
As a therapist, I am dedicated to helping individuals holistically improve their mental health and develop better relationships with themselves and others. Psychotherapy is my passion and using a combination of traditional time-tested approaches and new modern evidence-based ideas, I aim to provide my clients with effective and tailored therapy.
Guided by my values of compassion, creativity, authenticity, and social justice, my goal as a therapist is to help my clients get what they need. Clients often connect with my real-world, authentic, and practical approach to therapy, as well as my sense of humor. I’m open with my clients, recognizing that we are all navigating this tricky world together. My own lived experiences with adult ADHD as well as recovery from cannabis addiction strongly influence my desire to help others break through what’s keeping them stuck. Whether you are feeling stuck, or are struggling with challenges related to anxiety, depression, ADHD, substance use, trauma, or personality disorders I am here to help.
