My purpose is to provide a supportive and non biased space where it feels possible to approach these emotions while developing the motivation and belief in your ability to enact powerful positive change in your life. Mindfulness, self discovery, and new ways of relating to others and to ourselves are different themes that can arrive in sessions to support personal growth. I am invested in listening to your story with an open mind, while also supporting your ability to make your own choices towards goals that are important to you.
