Information

As a psychotherapist I hope to help my clients explore their patterns in relationships, thought, values, and behaviour, and challenge what isn’t working anymore. I practice a client-led therapy to assist clients in meeting their own therapeutic goals. This can include better emotional regulation and conflict management skills, finding an authentic sense of self and personal meaning, or managing mental health challenges such as complex trauma, anxiety, suicidality, and depression.

As a psychodynamic therapist, I use tools and approaches collaboratively to best suit clients’ needs, making space for the diversity in every client and always using a trauma informed framework.

I love to bring lightness and humour into my practice for a sustainable and strengths-based therapy experience.

I am passionate about finding and nourishing authenticity and meaning with my clients, and supporting the resilience of those challenged with complex trauma, disordered eating, and suicidality.
