Practice Information

I provide individual counselling for adults, teens, and children struggling with a range of concerns including anxiety, anger, depression, guilt, and rumination. I also have a special interest in working with individuals and students with ADHD struggling with shame, self-blame, or negative self-talk.

In my work with students (whether high school or post-secondary, including mature and international) and others with ADHD, I value using a strengths-based and integrative approach to enhance self-perception, develop resilience, and make things, hopefully, a whole lot easier.

Whether you want to manage your own ADHD or searching for support for a loved one with ADHD or other sensitive mental health issues, I aim to provide a supportive and validating place to help you explore challenges, create practical solutions, and move things in a better direction.
