Practice Information
I am a registered psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists (CRPO) in Ontario. I provide individual counselling to children 5+, adolescents 12+, adults 18+, and also provide couples counselling. I’ve received extensive supervision and training in psychotherapy and use a variety of approaches including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Therapy to help you with your individual (or couple!) needs.
I believe therapy is a place to create a foundation of stability and that the best approach is one that helps you feel safe, understood, and validated. Whether you are in a crisis, experiencing long-standing challenges related to anger and anxiety, or new and overwhelming concerns, I will provide you with a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental environment as we work together in developing coping strategies and move towards change.
Sarah only offers remote sessions.
