Suzanna Derewicz

Whether you’re experiencing isolation, frustration, low self-worth, difficulty maintaining emotional well-being, or relationship challenges, let’s talk it through. Therapy can help us arrive at a more complete understanding for why we’re feeling the way we’re feeling, or what’s fueling our actions, behaviours, emotional responses, needs, and desires. Growing this awareness can be the first step towards shifting the lens through which we see ourselves and the world to one that might offer us more compassion, hope, permission to pursue new or more compatible directions, and encouragement so we can feel better.

Trained in psychodynamic therapy, I aim to provide you with a safe and secure container, as well as relationship, in which to process your past and present experiences. We’ll get curious about what’s at the root of your struggles, while strengthening your resiliency and striving to bring you towards deeper self-knowing, authenticity, and fulfillment in life.

It can be so trying to find oneself stuck, exhausted, confused, powerless, unhappy, in pain, or overwhelmed. Please feel welcome to reach out to me if you’re looking for support; I offer a free virtual consultation as an opportunity for us to connect more about what you’re going through, and to see whether I’d be the right fit for you.
